Tommy is CEO in Cerpus AS, and has a broad experience with project management and development of web based pedagogical tools. He initiated the development of Brain Bank Learning, a pedagogically based learning tool built on top of Topic Maps early 2001, and has since then been involved in several pedagogically based semantic web projects. He is now counselor for the NDLA project. He has done presentations in several forums. both nationally and internationally. Tommy has pedagogical education as well as being Dr. Scient in molecular cell biology at the University of Oslo.

Jarle Ragnar has more than 10 years of teachin experience from the elementary school. In addition, he has education as and has worked as a journalist. He had a central role in the development of Brain Bank Learning and has been a project manager for 3 Høykom projects, including the development of Kuliing 2.0. He has done presentations in several forums. both nationally and internationally, and has represented Cerpus at many occasions holding courses and lectures.

Geir Stranda has more than 20 years of ICT experience from the private sector, both as developer, consultant, project leader, consultancy leader and CDO. Geir is educated in computer science and as business economist. Geir has mainly worked with systemes for the energy sector, including systems for administration, operation, and development. He also has experience with systems for Health, Safety and Environmental activities (HMS), including staff management, time management and appearance schedule management.

Stian Reinholdtsen has education as an economist from DH and BI, with 12 years of experience form banking and finance ( 6 years in Nordlandsbanken, and 6 years in Sprebanken Nord-Norge). Before starting in Cerpus, he worked as a CEO in Vesterålen Fiskeripark.

Tom has a cand.scient degree in system development from the University of Troomsø with special focus on development of operating systems. He has 9 years of work experience and has been involved in a broad range of development projects, including development low level embedded systems, web development and development of insurance systems. In addition, Tom has been responsible for mangement and operation of different Linux / Unix based production environments.
